At Morepork we want to ensure everyone is able to access our services.

If your usage of our Services materially exceeds the range of estimated use patterns or is likely to damage or negatively impact the operation of our network, we will consider your usage to be excessive and/or unreasonable.

We may contact you to advise you that your usage is in breach of our Fair Usage Policy, and request that you stop or alter your usage to come within our Fair Use Policy.

We may apply our Fair Use Policy where, in our reasonable opinion, your usage of our Services is excessive and/or unreasonable

We can take payment via Direct Debit or Credit Card.

All payments are in advance.

We will bill you the first weekof your connect date for the first month in advance.

That will then be your regular billing date moving forward.

We will let you know when your connection date is.

Once you have that date from us then you can advise your ISP of the date where you will no longer require their services.

When you cancel, we will keep you connected up until the day before your next billing date.

You can select one of our three partner charities when you sign up. Each month, a portion of your payment will go directly towards your chosen charity, so that they can continue to do good work.
